The Perfect Veggie Omelet Recipe

Hello everyone! Today I have for you all a recipe from my kitchen to yours, for the perfect omelet. 
Let's get cooking...


Here's what you'll need:
-eggs (2-3)
-milk
-green bell pepper pieces
-mushroom slices
-cheddar
-chunky salsa
-salt & pepper
-butter
-Skillet or Pan 


Step One:
Prep and coat your skillet with butter. For a healthier alternative, use a scoop of margarine. 


Step Two: 
In a separate bowl, go ahead and crack your eggs, add about two tablespoons of milk, and whisk together. Once mixed, poor the contents of the bowl into your skillet. For best results, let the mix sit in the skillet for a minute or two before adding the ingredients in step three, to avoid tearing through the egg. 


 Step Three:
Swiftly, add salt & pepper, mushrooms, green bell pepper slices, and cheddar to your omelet. Once the egg is fully cooked, and your ingredients nice and toasted, go ahead and flip! 
(Keep an eye on the edges of your omelet. The rim serves as an indicator for when to flip in half. )


Step Four:
Slide your omelet onto a plate, and add some salsa. 

Dig in!
